DURING YOUR STAY:
1-night stays are permissible now for Sunday - Thursday evenings. Call us to check for 1-night availability on weekends.
Minimum 2 night stay is required for weekends.
Minimum 4 night stay for the week of the Old Time Fiddler's Convention in August.
Minimum 3 night stay for Memorial and Labor Day Weekend and occasional holidays.

You do not need to check in at the office. Upon arrival after 3pm check in time, you may go directly to your cabin. The code to get into your cabin door will be the last 4 digits of the phone number you gave when you made the reservation.

Rates: Rates will vary depending upon number of nights, number of guests, and size of cabin. The average regular rate is from $129.00 to $300.00 plus tax per night.
Damage Charges: The vacation home will be inspected after each tenant's departure. If there are problems, we will place charges on your credit card. These costs may include, but are not limited to, frying foods inside cabin, missing cabin items, charges for repairs, concealed pets, unauthorized guests, in-cabin smoking, cigarette butts on ground, littering, etc.
Payment: Full payment of the total rental amount is due at the time of reservation. If you need to make other payment arrangements, please call 276-236-4022.
Cancellation Policy: To receive a partial refund, you must cancel 30 days prior to arrival date. Less than 30 days notice of cancellation will result in forfeiture of your payment thus far. A $100.00 fee will be charged for all refunds. If you must cancel due to an emergency situation, Management will consider a re-schedule of your reservation. However, we can only honor re-schedules for no more than 90 days depending on availability.
Pet Policy: WE DO NOT ALLOW ANY UNAUTHORIZED PETS OF ANY KIND INSIDE OR OUTSIDE THE CABINS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Cell Phone Coverage: Only Verizon Wireless, and US Cellular work well in the area. (ATT has no coverage) There is a landline phone available on front porch of office if needed.
Free WIFI is available: Depending on your device's internal antenna, is how well your WIFI will work.
No candles or incense allowed.
No frying of food inside of cabin.
Non-Smoking: All cabins are NON-SMOKING. A minimum of $400.00 will be charged to the credit card on file, if in-cabin smoking is detected.
No littering is allowed.
To prevent fires, do not throw cigarette butts on the ground. You will be charged a littering fee if you through your cigarette butts on the ground.
Air Conditioning/Windows: Air conditioning unit should be turned off if the windows are raised to avoid damage to our AC unit. Front and back doors should remain closed at all times.
Fireplaces: Do NOT use fireplace and air conditioning at the same time. This causes damages to the heat pump, and you will be charged for damages.
Heat Pump: Do NOT use the emergency heat setting on your thermostat. This causes damage to the heat pump. If you are experiencing heating issues, contact management immediately.
Jacuzzi: Do not put any salts or bubbles into Jacuzzi. They are not designed for it, and will damage the pumps and heaters. If you use self-tanning products, do not use our Jacuzzi or you will be charged extra cleaning and/or damage charges to motor.
Outdoor Grills: They are hooked up to our underground propane system. Turn safety lever on underneath your grill to get gas to flow. If unit doesn't ignite properly with igniter, use long lighter provided in your silverware drawer. If lighter is missing, someone has misplaced it out of your unit. Please call office for replacement. Clean grill after each use.
Towels and Linens: Towels and linens are provided at the time of check-in for the length of your stay. If during your stay additional towels or linens need to be exchanged, please request the exchange by contacting management at 276-236-4022. Please place wet towels on tile in bathroom, and not on hardwood floors.
Garbage: Upon departure, Guests are to place tied trash bags in cans provided on the side of the office. All trash must be in tied trash bags.
Dishes: Wash all dishes and replace in cabinets upon departure.
