Rates: Rates can vary depending upon time of year, number in party, and size of cabin. The average regular rate is from $120.00 to $160.00 plus tax per night. During peak season and holidays, rates may vary. Call for rates during your specified dates.
Damage Charges: The vacation home will be inspected after each tenant's departure. If there are problems, you will be notified immediately of the costs for resolving them. These costs may include, but are not limited to, charges for repairs, concealed pets, exceeding maximum occupancy, in-cabin smoking, etc.
Payment: 50% of the total rental amount is due plus the damage deposit at the time of reservation. 100% is due no later than 30 days prior to the reservation date. If full payment is not received prior to 30 days you will lose your reservation, damage deposit and the amount of rental payment submitted. If reservations are made within 30 days of the reservation date, the full amount is due.
Cancellation Policy: To receive a full refund, you must cancel 60 days prior to arrival date. Less than 60 days notice of cancellation will result in forfeiture of your payment thus far.
Pet Policy: WE DO NOT ALLOW PETS OF ANY KIND INSIDE OR OUTSIDE THE CABINS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Non-Smoking: All cabins are non-smoking.
Air Conditioning/Windows: Air conditioning unit should be turned off if the windows are raised to avoid damage to our AC unit. Front and back doors should remain closed at all times.
Towels and Linens: Towels and linens are provided at the time of check-in for the entirety of your stay. If during your stay additional towels or linens need to be exchanged, please request the exchange during normal business hours of 8:00 am to 4:30 pm or by contacting management at 276-236-4022. Guests are asked to place all dirty linens inside sheets and place in the Jacuzzi tub at departure.
Garbage: Tenants are asked to place tied trash bags on front porch for daily pickup. We also have cans available by the office to place your bags inside the receptacles.
Gas Grill: Tenants are responsible for cleaning the gas grill after each use and before departure. A grill brush is provided.
Cabin Office: The cabin area has an on-site office which houses a coin operated washer and dryer and ice machine.
Management: Management may be reached by calling 276-236-4022 or during regular business office hours (8:00am until 4:30pm).
