Rates: Rates can vary depending upon time of year, number in party, and size of cabin. Average regular rate is from $120.00 to $160.00 plus tax per night. During peak season and holidays, rates may vary. Call for rates during your specified dates.
Damage Deposit: A $200.00 damage deposit will be collected at the time of your reservation. All rentals require a damage deposit. This deposit is security against damage. The vacation home will be inspected after each tenant's departure. If there are no problems, the damage deposit will be returned in full by mail or credit card credit within 30 days of departure date. If there are problems, you will be sent a letter explaining them and the costs for resolving them. These costs, which will be deducted from the damage deposit, may include, but are not limited to, charges for repairs, concealed pets, exceeding maximum occupancy, in cabin smoking, sales tax, etc. Guests damage deposits
are not refunded at check out.
Payment: 50% of the total rental amount due plus the damage deposit will be collected at the time of reservation. 100% is due no later than
14 days prior to the reservation date. If full payment is not received prior to 14 days you will lose your reservation , damage deposit and rental payment already made. If reservations are made within 14 days of the reservation date, the full amount is due.
Cancellation Policy: To receive a full refund, you must cancel 30 days prior to arrival date. You will receive a 50% refund if cancellation is
15 days prior to arrival. Less than 15 days notice of cancellation will result in forfeiture of your payment thus far.
Pet Policy: WE DO NOT ALLOW PETS OF ANY KIND INSIDE OR OUTSIDE THE CABINS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Non-Smoking: All cabins are non-smoking. Please do not throw cigarette butts on ground. Please dispose of them properly.
Towels and Linens: Towels and linens are provided at the time of check-in for the entirety of your stay. If during your stay a towel or linen exchange is needed, they are available at the cabin office from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm or by contacting management at 276-233-4706. Tenants
will place all dirty linens inside sheets and place in the jacuzzi tub at departure.
Trash: Tenants will place tied trash bags on front porch for daily pickup.
Gas Grill: Tenant is responsible for cleaning the gas grill after each use and before departure. A grill brush is provided.
Convenience Cabin: This cabin houses our office, coin operated washer and dryer, ice and vending machines.
Management: Management may be reached by calling 276-233-4706 or during regular business office hours on location.
